The Cascades d'Ouzoud are Morocco's most beautiful waterfalls — a 110-metre triple drop into a lush green gorge, crowned with rainbows in the afternoon spray. Reached privately from Marrakech in the Middle Atlas, they make a refreshing, romantic day away from the city heat: a chauffeured arrival ahead of the crowds, a guided walk down past olive groves and old mills with wild Barbary macaques in the trees, and a long lunch on a terrace above the falls.
