On the dunes, Erg Chebbi, the Sahara
Erg Chebbi is Morocco's great sea of sand, near Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara, with dunes that rise far above the camps at their foot. An evening here is planned around the light: the walk or the camel ride to a crest in the late afternoon, the sunset itself, then dinner at a camp among the dunes. Spring and autumn are the gentlest seasons; summer afternoons are very hot and winter nights are cold. Any ceremony is symbolic, in your own words: the legal part is done at home.
What the evening could be

Late afternoon
The camels wait at the edge of the sand.
The walk to the crest goes at the pace of the light.

Sunset
The dunes go from gold to red, then rose.

After dark
Down to a camp among the dunes for dinner.

What we arrange here
Finding the setting
We shortlist places that fit your date, your numbers and your style, and check each one with you in writing.
A symbolic ceremony
Your words, a celebrant if you want one, music for the walk. Symbolic only: the legal part is done at home.
Lanterns and light
Candles, brass lanterns and firelight, planned for how the place looks after dark.
Dinner and the feast
A private chef or a Moroccan feast, tasted and chosen with you, set for two or for everyone.
Photography and film
A photographer or filmmaker who works quietly, briefed on the moments that matter to you.
Arrivals and transfers
Airport meetings, private drivers and the road to the desert, timed around everyone's flights.

From an idea to the evening
Tell us the idea
A few lines is enough: the occasion, roughly when, roughly how many, and what you picture.
A conversation with your planner
We talk it through, ask what matters most, and suggest settings that fit.
A written proposal
Settings, stays, the shape of the days and an itemised quote. Change anything.
Design and detail
Flowers, music, food and the order of the evening, decided with you step by step.
On the day
You arrive to the evening you agreed, already set. You only have to be there.

Picture it here? Start with the designer.
Choose the occasion, the season and what matters most; the setting is already filled in. A planner writes back with a written proposal and an itemised quote.
