Overview

The definitive Morocco, at the highest standard: fourteen fully private days from Tangier to the Atlantic — the imperial cities, the blue medina, the Sahara at Erg Chigaga, the High Atlas and the coast — staying only in palace riads, kasbah retreats and exclusive desert camps. A journey for a milestone.

This is the trip for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion — a significant anniversary, a renewal of vows, a celebration that deserves the whole country and the very best of it. Fourteen days, one dedicated chauffeur-guide and vehicle, and an itinerary that moves from the Strait of Gibraltar to the edge of the Sahara and back to the Atlantic without a single rushed day.

You stay in the finest accommodation we represent at every stop: palace riads inside the medinas of Tangier, Fes and Marrakech; a romantic kasbah among the palms of the south; an exclusive-use luxury camp on the wild dunes of Erg Chigaga; a serene mountain retreat in the High Atlas; and a sea-view riad on the coast. Private historians open each city; a private chef and a dune-crest dinner mark the desert; a couples' hammam and rose-petal turndowns mark the romance.

Generous pacing throughout — two nights almost everywhere — means time to breathe, to celebrate and to simply be together. Every detail is bespoke and confirmed in writing before you travel.

Frequently asked

Questions about this tour.

Is "Anniversary Grand Tour" private or a group tour?

100% private. Just you and the people you book with — your own driver, vehicle and pace from start to finish. We never pool travellers.

Can I change the dates or itinerary?

Yes. Every itinerary is a starting point. Add a day, swap a riad, change the start city — we'll re-quote in 24 hours and lock the price in writing before any deposit.

How fit do I need to be?

Moderate. Expect 2–4 hours of light walking per day and one or two longer driving days. We pace days carefully and stop often.

When should I book?

For high season (Oct–Apr) and any trip involving the Sahara or hot-air balloon, book 8–12 weeks ahead. Last-minute (under 14 days) is usually still possible with a phone call.

Is fourteen days too long for one trip?

Not at this pace. Because we build in two nights almost everywhere, the journey never feels rushed — it feels like a proper celebration with room to breathe. If you have less time, we can compress the route to ten or twelve days while keeping the highlights and the standard of stay.

Can you arrange a vow renewal or a special celebration en route?

Yes — a vow renewal in the dunes or a riad courtyard, a private dinner with a cake or champagne, a photographer, a musician. Tell us the occasion when you enquire and we choreograph it discreetly into the itinerary.
