Couple questions: Proposals and anniversaries
What can we do in Morocco for a milestone anniversary?
The experiences that reliably make the moment: a private dinner under the stars at a Sahara camp, a palace riad booked for your party alone, a private chef cooking in your courtyard, a dawn balloon flight over the palm groves outside Marrakech, a couples' hammam, and a long lunch by the Atlantic at Oualidia. Choose one or two and give them room.

The short answer
The experiences that reliably make the moment: a private dinner under the stars at a Sahara camp, a palace riad booked for your party alone, a private chef cooking in your courtyard, a dawn balloon flight over the palm groves outside Marrakech, a couples' hammam, and a long lunch by the Atlantic at Oualidia. In more detail
Our anniversary guide says a milestone does not need a long list, only the right one or two moments. The desert dinner is the most requested: silence, firelight and a very dark sky. A whole-house riad buy-out makes the celebration entirely your own, with the courtyard, the roof, the hammam and the staff for your group.
Quieter options suit a couple marking the day together: an afternoon in a riad's own hammam, a private chef's dinner in the courtyard, or the balloon at first light with the Atlas turning gold.

Food is often the heart of it: Atlantic oysters at Oualidia, a garden table in the medina, or a Berber family meal high in the Atlas. Small touches matter too: a cake arranged in advance, flowers in the room, a favourite drink at sunset, a photographer for an hour.
