Couple questions: Honeymoon planning
What is the best time of year for a Morocco honeymoon?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most reliable: warm days, comfortable desert nights and the gardens and valleys at their best, with the rose harvest in late April and early May. Winter is good for clear desert skies but cold at night. July and August suit the coast far better than the desert.

The short answer
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most reliable: warm days, comfortable desert nights and the gardens and valleys at their best, with the rose harvest in late April and early May. Winter is good for clear desert skies but cold at night. July and August suit the coast far better than the desert.

In more detail
Spring brings green Atlas valleys, blossom in the city and the rose season in the Dadès valley, on the road to the Sahara. Autumn is warm and settled, with long golden evenings and the desert season opening. Both are high season, so the best riads and camps book early.
Winter, roughly December to February, has crisp blue desert days and snow on the Atlas peaks behind Marrakech. Nights are properly cold, in the desert and in the mountains, so it suits couples who like a fire-pit dinner and a warm jacket. Christmas and New Year are the busiest weeks.

High summer is very hot inland, which makes a desert honeymoon hard work and a coastal one much more comfortable. If your wedding date fixes the month, that is fine: we shape where in Morocco you spend the honeymoon around the season, rather than fighting it.
